AI can help organize information, spot exceptions and draft a response. Actions that change orders, send messages, spend money or issue refunds need an enabled connection and the appropriate authority.
Review before a consequential action
Check the seller, marketplace, item, quantity, amount and current state. Do not approve a vague instruction to handle everything. Approve a concrete action with clear limits.
When the result is uncertain
A timeout may occur after a provider accepted a request. Preserve the original operation and reconcile its result before retrying. Escalate anything the system cannot resolve safely.
