Protect customer and business information
Minimize what you collect and what you share.
Only use necessary information
Customer addresses and order information should be available only to people and systems that need them for an authorized purpose. Do not place them in public articles, ordinary logs or screenshots.
Know the connection’s limits
Providers can suppress personal data or restrict access based on the programme, order state and approved roles. Missing fields must be handled explicitly. Never guess a customer’s address or contact details.
Ask about retention
Understand where data is stored, who processes it and when it is deleted. Provider requirements and legally required records may have different retention periods. Use the support contact for questions about your specific connection.
