Service local testing exercises synthetic business records and selected AI, voice and customer-support journeys on an operator-managed test computer. This help website does not start that stack or provide access to it.
Before testing
Ask the operator for an authorized test session and the correct workspace, region and role. Check existing synthetic records directly before comparing an AI answer with them. Do not use real customer information.
What remains separate
A local test does not establish production provider access, hosted voice or chat, a real WhatsApp AI agent, or mobile-device acceptance. Device, authenticated and offline journeys need their own recorded proof.
