Voice and support testing needs the separately running local environment and an authorized session. Browser calling on this public help center is unavailable until its protected backend is enabled.
Observe and compare
Use synthetic records. Verify microphone permission and the visible connection state. Compare responses with existing records, check transcript accuracy and test the stop and human-handoff controls.
Record the boundary
A successful fixture answer is local evidence. It does not prove real customer isolation, live provider delivery or a phone’s background and offline behaviour. Report the exact step and visible state if testing fails.
